Job Description:

Kyan Alam is seeking a talented and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, and closing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation

  •  Conduct research to identify new leads and business opportunities (outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn engagement, etc.).
  •  Follow up on inbound leads and nurture client relationships.
  •  Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and identify sales opportunities.
  •  Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features & benefits of our e-learning platform.
  •  Coordinate demo sessions between clients and the internal technical team.
  •  Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
  •  Close deals and achieve quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  •  Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients during the sales process.
  •  Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide additional information via calls and emails.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Sales Coordination & Administration

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects in the CRM.
  • Document sales activities, track follow-ups, and update CRM records.
  • Assist in preparing and processing sales contracts and agreements.
  • Coordinate with other departments (technical, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Market Research & Reporting

  •  Conduct targeted research to identify and segment potential clients (schools, training centers, higher institutions).
  •  Gather data on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs in the EdTech sector.
  •  Generate sales reports and provide insights to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Previous experience in IT/Software/SaaS industry is required.
  • Experience in Saudi/Gulf markets is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Knowledge of e-learning platforms or SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Communication & Sales Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience making high-volume sales calls and managing follow-ups.
  • Ability to present and sell solutions to decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Other Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for client success.
