Job Description:
Kyan Alam is seeking a talented and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, and closing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation
- Conduct research to identify new leads and business opportunities (outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn engagement, etc.).
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture client relationships.
- Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features & benefits of our e-learning platform.
- Coordinate demo sessions between clients and the internal technical team.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Close deals and achieve quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients during the sales process.
- Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide additional information via calls and emails.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Sales Coordination & Administration
- Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects in the CRM.
- Document sales activities, track follow-ups, and update CRM records.
- Assist in preparing and processing sales contracts and agreements.
- Coordinate with other departments (technical, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct targeted research to identify and segment potential clients (schools, training centers, higher institutions).
- Gather data on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs in the EdTech sector.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Previous experience in IT/Software/SaaS industry is required.
- Experience in Saudi/Gulf markets is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Knowledge of e-learning platforms or SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Communication & Sales Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience making high-volume sales calls and managing follow-ups.
- Ability to present and sell solutions to decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Other Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
