Sales Administrator – B2B

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Sales Administrator to support our sales team in selling our innovative e-learning software solutions to schools, training centers, and higher education institutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Coordination & Support
    • Assist the sales team in creating, organizing, and managing client proposals and presentations.
    • Ensure proper documentation of all sales activities in CRM tools (e.g., leads, follow-ups, contracts).
    • Handle client inquiries promptly, providing accurate product information and pricing details.
  2. Client Relationship Management
    • Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients during the sales process, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Product Knowledge
    • Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s e-learning platform, including its features and benefits tailored to educational institutions.
    • Present the product’s value proposition effectively to prospective clients in schools, training centers, and higher institutions.
  4. Administrative Duties
    • Prepare, review, and process sales contracts and agreements.
    • Monitor the status of leads and follow-ups, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting to the sales team.
    • Coordinate with other departments (technical support, marketing, and operations) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  5. Search for Data Sets and Client Information
    • Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients (schools, training centers, higher institutions) and create comprehensive databases of leads, including contact details and client profiles.
    • Analyze market opportunities by gathering data on the number of students, institutional size, and educational needs of prospective clients.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop a database of potential client segments for outreach campaigns.
  6. Sales Analytics & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate sales records and generate periodic reports to track sales targets and team performance.
    • Analyze sales trends and provide insights to improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  7. Market Research
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client needs in the education technology sector.
    • Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to approach them.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in sales administration or a similar role (preferably in B2B SaaS or EdTech).
    • Familiarity with educational institutions and their operational needs is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of e-learning platforms or SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations to decision-makers.
  • Other Skills:
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong research and data-gathering skills for compiling detailed client profiles and market datasets.
