Job Overview:
Kyan Alam is seeking an experienced Senior QA Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by developing robust testing strategies, conducting comprehensive tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver stable and reliable products.
Responsibilities:

Product Training:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of all Kyan Alam products through continuous training to ensure deep understanding and high-quality assurance.

Testing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans, including manual and automated testing.
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing to validate product quality.

Continuous Product Testing:
- Perform regular and thorough tests on all company products.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).

Bug Reporting and Collaboration:
- Document all technical issues and prioritize necessary improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to resolve issues and propose solutions.

Technical Support Coordination:
- Work with the support team to receive user feedback, analyze it, and forward relevant issues to the development team.

Work Organization:
- Use tools like Jira or Trello to organize tasks and ensure stable testing environments.
- Create stable testing environments for thorough problem identification before final release.

Agile Methodology:
- Participate in daily Scrum meetings and follow Agile principles.
- Monitor Sprint cycles and provide feedback at the end of each cycle.

Automation Testing:
- After systems stabilize, utilize automation testing tools like Selenium or Cypress for efficient product testing.

Security and Performance Testing:
- Conduct tests to ensure the security and performance efficiency of the systems.

User Experience Analysis:
- Analyze user experience and collaborate with teams to enhance the user interface and system usability.

Live Demo Participation:
- Work with the sales team to present live demos to clients, demonstrating product features and ensuring system stability.

Documentation:
- Maintain detailed test cases, user stories, and technical documentation for all testing activities.

Customer Feedback Analysis:
- Analyze customer feedback and integrate findings into testing strategies to continuously improve product quality.

Mentorship:
- Guide and mentor junior QA specialists, fostering best practices in testing.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Senior QA Specialist with a strong portfolio of testing projects, including automated testing.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter).
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and testing environments.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
