Inside Sales Job description:
Kyan Alam is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our sales department. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for communicate with clients to understand their needs and generate new leads. Other duties and responsibilities of Inside Sales Representatives include:
Researching for new leads and developing new sales opportunities using lead generation activities such as outbound calls, direct emails, LinkedIn engagement, ...etc.
Leads follow-ups.
Communicating with interested leads to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
Answering clients’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails.
Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services over the calls.
Coordinate demonstrating sessions between clients and internal technical team.
Maintaining and improving the database of prospects on the CRM.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales manager for further development and closure.
Upselling products and services.
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
Research accounts, identify key players, engagement, and generate interest.
Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.
Qualifications:
3+ years of related sales experience.
Previous experience in IT/Software industry.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Saudi or Gulf markets experience
Skills:
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.
